Jennifer is an Architect with over 25 years of architectural experience.  She has worked in the mountains of California, Montana, Wyoming, and Colorado.  She first moved to north shore Lake Tahoe in 1997 and now resides with her family in Carnelian Bay, California.  She is a registered Architect in the State of California, a Residential Designer in the State of Nevada, and provides a boutique architectural design experience.

She has completed small remodels and managed 32 million dollar projects.  Project types include large and small residential, commercial, historic, hospitality, multi-family, church, civic, and school work.  Above all her focus is on combining client needs, art and beauty, environmental benefits, form-equals-function and budget requirements.  Clients and colleagues believe the building process is smoother as a result of her wisdom, design talent, passion, honesty and work ethic.  She has extensive knowledge of all architectural phases, that can include funding, client interaction, presentation sketches, team leadership, agency processing, construction documents, detailing and construction administration.

Detailed drawings, design approach and management style result in quality designs and cost savings for the client.  Jennifer is a dedicated hard worker and enjoys perfectionism and adaptability.  Similarly she can produce a successful design and manage the construction to see it built.   She provides designs and drawings through hand sketches and Computer Aided Design (CAD) programs.  Her skill is a product of seventeen years using AutoCAD 1998-2014 and the last eight years using Revit 2012-18.   Revit is a three dimensional rendering software that allows early understanding of the design and therefore more client control over the finished product.

Furthermore Jennifer studied sustainable communities at U.C. Berkeley as an emphasis to her degree in architecture.  She has been an advocate for environmental change in the Lake Tahoe commercial and residential market.  She believes that Tahoe mountain architecture is a disciplined combination of talented artistic creation, team collaboration and a flexible movement in solutions to fit the client and environmental needs.
