Jennifer worked with the community, clients, theater consultants, and city regulatory agencies to create the schematic designs for a community arts center.   Design forces included flood planes, parking, CEQA, community user groups and historic design review.  The project was modeled in Revit 2012 software and rendered in watercolors.  Work started at Dale Cox Architects and completed designs by Jennifer Stoll.
